Multi-Store Affiliate & Associates Disclosure

ValueList is an independent deal discovery and product recommendation platform. We participate in the Amazon Associates Program, Flipkart Affiliate Program, Meesho Creator/Affiliate Program, Myntra Partner Network, and other multi-store affiliate marketing initiatives. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases at zero extra cost to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ValueList (“the Platform”, “the Service”, or “we”, “our”, “us”), you accept these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or policies applicable to specific features. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ValueList.

2. Description of the Service

ValueList provides features designed to enhance your online shopping experience, discover verified value finds, and compare deals across trusted retail marketplaces, including but not limited to:

• Handpicked curation of smart home, kitchen, and everyday utility gadgets.
• Price bracket segmentation (“ValueList price category” such as Under ₹200, Under ₹500, Under ₹1,000, 50%+ OFF).
• Editorial ValueList Score (1.0 to 10.0) assessment based on product usefulness, features & specifications, value assessment, use-case suitability, and brand & product information.
• Multi-store price verification and direct referral links to partner merchant stores (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra).
• Local device bookmarking (“Saved for Later”) to manage and compare deals without requiring mandatory accounts.

Important: ValueList is NOT a direct retailer, manufacturer, or shipping merchant. We do not process monetary payments for merchandise, hold warehouse inventory, or fulfill orders. All purchases and checkout transactions occur on the respective third-party merchant platforms.

3. Service Scope: India

ValueList is built for shoppers in India. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹), deals are curated from stores that sell and ship within India (Amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and similar), and the content is written with Indian shoppers in mind.

The website itself isn't region-locked; anyone, anywhere, can open valuelist.in, and you're welcome to look around. That doesn't make it a global service. Deals, coupons, and price comparisons are intended for customers in India and may not apply to you if you're elsewhere. If you access the site from outside India, you do so of your own accord and at your own discretion.

Accessing the site from another country does not change these Terms; they remain governed by Indian law (see Governing Law below), and it does not oblige us to comply with the consumer-protection or data laws of every country a visitor happens to be in.

4. Data Collection and Usage

We keep data collection deliberately small, in line with applicable Indian law. When you use the Platform:

• Our contact form asks for your name, email address, and message only so we can reply to you, never for newsletters or marketing, and only after you tick the consent box.
• The contact form carries a Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep automated spam out. It proves you're human and is discarded after verification.
• “Saved for Later” bookmarks live in your own browser's local storage, not on our servers; clearing your browser data clears them.
• We run no advertising or profiling scripts. Cloudflare's cookieless Web Analytics measures aggregate, non-personal usage statistics (page views, referring domains). It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not store your IP address or any other personal data.

When you click a partner store button (“View on Amazon”, “View on Flipkart”), referral parameters are passed to the merchant so it can recognise ValueList as the referring platform. From that moment you are on the merchant's site, governed by its own rules. Any data we do touch is handled strictly as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data collected via our forms is processed on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time, just as easily as it was given, by emailing privacy@valuelist.in. We respond to data requests and grievances within 30 days.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

When using ValueList, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial deal discovery purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or overload the platform infrastructure with automated scripts, crawlers, or scrapers without express written authorization.
• Not use the service to disseminate malicious software, spam, or misleading product information.
• Not submit false, spam, or malicious entries through our contact forms, or impersonate others or misrepresent yourself when submitting inquiries.
• Provide accurate contact details if submitting product recommendations or partnership inquiries through our contact forms.

6. Price, Coupon & Availability Disclaimer

Product prices, coupon codes, bank discounts, and stock availability on third-party merchant platforms change frequently in real time.

While ValueList makes every effort to provide up-to-date pricing and discounts, the final price, currency, taxes, shipping charges, and stock status displayed on the merchant's checkout page at the exact moment of purchase will always govern your transaction. ValueList assumes no liability for price fluctuations or expired promotional coupons on third-party websites.

7. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ValueList for personal, non-commercial deal exploration.

All intellectual property rights, including site branding, logos, algorithms, ValueList Score benchmarking methodology, UI design, and website code, remain the exclusive property of ValueList and its founders.

Third-party merchant logos (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.), product brand trademarks, and imagery belong to their respective registered owners. Their appearance on ValueList is solely to denote product source and does not imply direct ownership by ValueList.

8. Third-Party Services & Fulfillment

ValueList interacts with and links to third-party retail websites. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their product manufacturing, delivery timelines, packaging, customer service, or privacy policies.

Any issues regarding order tracking, refunds, returns, defective items, or manufacturer warranties must be directed to the customer support team of the merchant where the order was placed.

9. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue ValueList or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of the platform following any revisions constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform and all curated deal content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, security, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ValueList and its operators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform or any third-party merchant service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ValueList, its founders, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
